A proud first-generation Latina and Chicago native, she knows how to balance thoughtful planning with high-energy execution – ensuring every couple feels supported from start to finish.

By day, Paola works as a promotions planner (yes, including ordering Happy Meal toys for the U.S.), blending strategy and creativity in ways that translate seamlessly into event planning. With over six years of experience in restaurants, bartending, and large-scale festivals – including Pilsen Street Festivals, Miche Fest, House Fest, and Sueños Music Festival – she’s no stranger to fast-paced environments and people-first work.

Paola loves being part of the full wedding journey and thrives on helping couples stay grounded in what really matters: each other. When she’s not at an event, you’ll find her grabbing an iced brown sugar cold brew, discovering new restaurants, or hanging out with her four-year-old pittie, Bella.
